Refund policy

At Little Whim Prints we want our customers to be happy. Please see below for details about returns and refunds depending on the type of product.

Non Custom Paper Prints:

Returns and Exchanges
For physical paper prints that are not personalized (with something like a name or custom information) we have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at margo@littlewhimprints.com. Let us know in the request if you want to return the item for a refund or if you want to exchange the item. After the request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the item we have 48 hours to inspect it and verify it is in good condition. If the return or exchange is accepted we will either refund you if it is a return or submit the order for the exchanged item. Customers may need to pay the difference if the exchanged item is more expensive or receive a partial refund if it is less expensive.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must inform us of the decision to cancel the order by sending a written notice to margo@littlewhimprints.com before it has been shipped. If your cancellation is accepted, we will refund you the money immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Paper Prints:

Returns
Physical paper prints that are custom (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must inform me of the decision to cancel the order by sending me a written notice at at margo@littlewhimprints.com before it has been shipped. If your cancellation is accepted, we will refund you the money immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital Orders:

Returns and Cancellations
Digital items including custom orders can’t be returned but they can be cancelled and refunded up until 14 days after purchase as long as the digital file HAS NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED. If the file appears to be downloaded from our shop we will not be able to cancel or refund the order. After the order is cancelled you will no longer have access to the files and we will refund you the money immediately. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact me with any questions at margo@littlewhimprints.com.

Damages Files
Please inspect your order upon downloading it and contact us within 7 days if the files are damaged or if you receive the wrong files so that we can send updated files and correct the issue.

Additional Notes

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive on time for a specific occasion or holiday, products that are accidentally ordered or no longer wanted, or customization errors made by the customer (including spelling, text, color, or design choices).

We are also not responsible for shipping addresses provided in error.

Regardless of the above policies, we will do what we can to help fix these issues at minimum expense.
